Our ISO 9001 and EN 15038 certified quality system guarantees total confidentiality with respect to client information and documentation.
Confidentiality procedure
Everyone at BTS understands that many of the texts we translate are confidential. We have put a procedure in place to ensure that your texts are treated with the utmost confidentiality. To guarantee the confidentiality of your document, we therefore have a strict procedure whereby all our staff, including translators and revisers, sign a confidentiality agreement. We can also draw up a specific confidentiality agreement for you as a client or for a specific project.
Encryption
As an additional service, it is now possible to send e-mails using secure encryption technology. This means that the content of the e-mails is only accessible to those with the right key. You are informed of this key by telephone and it is only known to the two parties involved.
Encryption technology guarantees that your documents remain confidential in electronic traffic. Encryption technology is also an alternative to using courier services for delivering confidential documents or translations.
