BTS was one of the first translation companies in the Netherlands to be awarded double certification: we have both the ISO 9001 and ISO 17100 certification.
Quality management system (QMS)
These certifications are based on our detailed quality management system (QMS) in which our procedures are described. Every member of staff is instructed in the QMS when they join us and the system is accessible to everyone at any moment. Our procedures are designed to optimise our service to our clients. A personal and efficient approach is vital. This way we ensure that we continue to supply the desired quality, in terms of service and translation.
